I'm feeling great! Well, a little hungover from yesterday's basketball game watching, but otherwise GREAT! My food choices leave me feeling satisfied without being bloated and over-full and my energy levels are through the friggin' roof! Now if I could just get my mileage back up and race some, I know I'd feel even better. Treated myself to a new pair of smaller sized pants from Ann Taylor Loft - very cute! I think it's time to talk some folks (trainer or similar) and get their feedback on just how much more I should try to lose or if I'm at a good spot.
