The scale was up 1.4 pounds. No excuses, not using the holidays to blame. I was simply too inconsistent last week. I'll do better this week. Gonna try to eat more fruit as well.<br><br>

Well the holiday couldve been a lot worse to me. Im up 2 lbs ( <b>206.5</b> )from last week. I cant blame it entirely on the holiday ( yes I can, who am I kidding ) Just have to be more consistent with my eating this week.
I sure like the Y's scale better. I weighed in at 204 there. Then again I was in shorts and it was an entirely different scale than city hall.
