The scale was up 1.4 pounds. No excuses, not using the holidays to blame. I was simply too inconsistent last week. I'll do better this week. Gonna try to eat more fruit as well.<br><br>

I'm seriously fighting the "I'm bored and want to pig out on some great take out" erm mood.
somehow I resisted last night. Actually my first decent day of the week diet-wise. Monday and Tuesday I ate out- something I have really cut back on in the past few weeks. But I'll have a good week if I don't go out again. Two meals in one week is not going to ruin anything.
I just realized that this morning I dug into the back of the closet and the shirt I chose used to be a bit too tight to wear. This is a little happy moment for me. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile">
