Scared ya with that "accountability" thing eh? Just seeing if you were paying attention. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Very Happy"><br><br>
The scale was up 1.4 pounds. No excuses, not using the holidays to blame. I was simply too inconsistent last week. I'll do better this week. Gonna try to eat more fruit as well.<br><br>
I wish you all a great week of fitness, firming, toning and weight loss.

At some point, I gained 4 lbs. I hope it will be gone by the end of the year and maybe a couple more.
Yeah, I walk to work (2 miles) at a leisurely pace and I think it's been super helpful in controlling my weight.<br><br>
Managed to make some oatmeal with raisins for sweetness this morning. Just had a snack of cashews and banana chips. Lunch will be a tuna wrap and some yo-yo-yogurt. Post-lunch snack will be an apple and then dinner will be pasta and some kind of a veggie. I also remembered to bring my water bottle today!
I'm down half a pound this morning. Woo. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Sad">
It didn't tell me I was fat, but I was waiting for it.<br><br>
I think I'll try it's suggestions for veggies, I need some serious help getting veggies into my diet. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Sad"><br><br>
And <b>wyri</b>, well at least it did go down instead of up again, but I'm still miffed about gaining 4 lbs so quickly in the first place.
<b>Maples</b>, the people at work are gonna start to wonder why you're shrinking! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile"><br><br>
I resisted the urge for chocolate yesterday, but I am getting free pizza tomorrow, so I thought I should save my extraneous calories for that.
I had a munchkin today and it tasted like heaven.<br><br>
Losing weight = spending a lot of time on the verge of hunger. I know that with time, my body will adjust and I won't have this underlying constant hunger, but gee it sucks.
