Scared ya with that "accountability" thing eh? Just seeing if you were paying attention.

The scale was up 1.4 pounds. No excuses, not using the holidays to blame. I was simply too inconsistent last week. I'll do better this week. Gonna try to eat more fruit as well.

I wish you all a great week of fitness, firming, toning and weight loss.

I'm up as well. 151 this morning. Bleh. Theia = unhappy.
Noooo! Cheetos are sent straight from heaven.

Mmmmm... Cheeeeettttoooossssss!!

Why is it so much easier to gain than lose? Obviously this is a theoretical question, but still. Not fair. If I eat -- hypothetically, of course -- a 1 pound bag of M&Ms, why do I gain more than one pound? All I put into my body was one pound. Bleh.

Ate a brown rice and veggie bowl for lunch, and I'm still starving so I'm already eating my apple.

Tonight -- 1 hour on the indoor bike trainer
Tomorrow -- run 3.4 miles, do some extra cardio to bring it up to one hour, weights
Saturday -- 2-hour Spinning class
Sunday -- 10K race
