The scale was up 1.4 pounds. No excuses, not using the holidays to blame. I was simply too inconsistent last week. I'll do better this week. Gonna try to eat more fruit as well.<br><br>

I'm down a few pounds from last week, by my scale. I'll see how it goes at my WW meeting in a half hour. Of course, I weighed nekkid before eating some breakfast... But still!
Oh... has anyone else been eating clementines like they are crack? Mmmmm.... so good.<br><br>
I also discovered a new treat. Or a way to make myself eat yogurt. I get FF vanilla, and put a tsp of cinnamon in it. It was quite good. It would probably be good with bananas, too. Or in a smoothie.

What is your plan for tomorrow? Specifically? I find that when I say "Spin today, run on thursday, elliptical on Friday..." etc I do better... It's not so up in the air.<br><br>

I don't get enough veggies, either. Some days I look back at my journal and the best I could do was ketchup.

I was going to run at lunch today, but it's cold and windy outside and I was hungry. So... hopefully I'll get over to the gym at the end of the day.<br><br>
