Scared ya with that "accountability" thing eh? Just seeing if you were paying attention. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Very Happy"><br><br>
The scale was up 1.4 pounds. No excuses, not using the holidays to blame. I was simply too inconsistent last week. I'll do better this week. Gonna try to eat more fruit as well.<br><br>

Well the holiday couldve been a lot worse to me. Im up 2 lbs ( <b>206.5</b> )from last week. I cant blame it entirely on the holiday ( yes I can, who am I kidding ) Just have to be more consistent with my eating this week.

Had my new most favorite sandwich for lunch again today but did it without any mayo this time ...baby steps right? BTW, new fave is red onion, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, shredded red cabbage, romaine lettuce, slice of cheddar, alfalfa sprouts and a slice of swiss all on seven grain. That's a meal folks!

I'm down a few pounds from last week, by my scale. I'll see how it goes at my WW meeting in a half hour. Of course, I weighed nekkid before eating some breakfast... But still!

Oh... has anyone else been eating clementines like they are crack? Mmmmm.... so good.<br><br>
I also discovered a new treat. Or a way to make myself eat yogurt. I get FF vanilla, and put a tsp of cinnamon in it. It was quite good. It would probably be good with bananas, too. Or in a smoothie.

Turns out that I'm dead even this week, as opposed to where I was pre-Turkey day. Whew. I guess good habits pay off, though. I did eat whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted on Turkey day, but right after, I went back to monitored portions.<br><br>
Now if the scale will just start that downward trend again.... /sigh
