Weekly Weight Loss 2/4-2/10

Morning<br>
Just wanted to get us started for the week. Didn't make bad choices yesterday. I know I didn't drink a lot of water, so that will be the focus of today. I did make a yummy trail mix over the weekend.

My weight is holding pretty steady (148.0), but my body fat dropped again! 19.0%. YEAH, BABY!

<b>Biah</b>, how tall are you? I want to say 5'11" or 6'0", right? 140-145 is on the low side if I'm right about your verticalness. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
I think setting a target weight RANGE is much more useful than an actual target weight.
<b>Biah</b>, honestly? Numbers are just that. Numbers. I think it's much more useful to go by how you feel, how your clothes fit, how much energy you have, etc. There are so many factors that determine how much you weigh... that's why I like a range instead of a hard number. Same with body fat.
