Just bought a new scale. Guess what? I get the same number no matter where on the floor I place the scale. I can get off the scale, get on the scale, etc etc and it reads the same number. Wow....now to hope it is a lower number tomorrow morning

hmm. i'm down about 6 from around the new year-ish. not really a big deal. i'm tall. it doesn't really show up.
might be a little more. i suck at numbers. would like to drop 4 or 5 more and then re- evaluate things.
also not really sure what to do about calories as my mileage is steadily increasing.

have been SUPER craving sugar. I wonder if i'm missing something in my diet or if the cadbury eggs are just talking to me really loudly in the check out line.

Roo, I'd probably just keep the calories the same until you stop losing anything for a few weeks, no need to go shocking your body with the training AND a calorie decrease. At least, that is my humble opinion.

same as last week for me, too. I'm not upset by it b/c I really thought I would have gained (work and pleasure travel = me not always making the best possible choices). I am proud to say that while I did not make all the best food choices possible I did make better choices than I would have 6 months ago!

Great job Maria and Roo

Congrats Roo and Maria! And good for you Colleen on maintaining your good choices and the waist measurement!

Kini...keep at it, the scale will work for you soon.

I'm down 1.5 this week. Miracle, given that I was in an airport all day Monday and pretty much ate the whole time. Hot dog, ice cream, cashews, pizza....ugh.
