I'm in the HWLC, which started today, so that'll be some extra help to get things moving (Go Team 4!!). I made myself a checklist for water (100oz) and fruits/veggies (6) each day that I have to cross off - I'm a numbers/lists/rules person, so I think this'll work out. The veggie one I cross off when making my lunch and planning my dinners the day before, the water is throughout the day. We'll see how that goes. I went back to something that helps me lose which is whole oatmeal with fruit and walnuts for breakfast. 3 days in a row so far and it keeps me full about 1:30, which is perfect for me. I had forgotten about the whole regularity thing, though...<br><br><b>Beaker,</b> that's AWESOME that your friend is seeing results and that you're helping her along!
