Thanks, SS. I took advantage of the cold snap to go skiing at a local spot we affectionately call the Boone Bump. Who knew Iowa had downhill skiing? I may get to the Sierra Nevada (maybe Sugar Bowl) in March.

Plan . . . . . . . . . . . . . Actual
M - 4 miles . . . . . . . . . . 4 on the TM (Hill setting, okay?) @ 9:13 m/M
T - 1.5 hr volleyball . . . . . . 1.25 hr VB plus 20 plank PUs
W - 5 miles including 3 tempo . 5 on the TM (3 @ 7:30 m/M)
T - 1.5 hr volleyball . . . . . . 1 hr plus 10 Pullups
F - 4 miles . . . . . . . . . . . 4 on indoor track
S - 6 miles . . . . . . . . . . . 7 in the slush
S - 12 miles . . . . . . . . . . 14 @ 9:20 m/M
Total: 31 miles running . . . . 34

Hi Soos,
I am sharing Robin's sentiments, you put so much energy and effort into this thread, it truly became a gem! If you ever get tired of doing it, your successor will have big shoes to fill!
I want to be the guy on the right, running at sunrise in the warm dry desert....OK, time to wake up and go for a careful walk on the icy wet cold and dreary suburban streets...ugggh!

Mon- 2.51mi walk in sparkling sunshine. I ended up having a hard strength session on Saturday, so I skipped the yoga in Sunday due to delayed muscle soreness. It's better to wait with stretching till the muscles recover.

Push-ups and hip rehab:
I decided to attach the pushing-upping to my hip rehab stuff, doing as many sets of 10 as I do the rehab exercises. This way I won't be responsible for bringing down the gal's average, but I won't be tempted to do more then I should by competition either.
