M -- 4000 yd swim, with ladder of 500, 400, 300, 200, 100, 50 with 100 ez between reps; 35 min situps, stretching, planks, PT exercises.<br>

Th -- 45 min elliptical, core<br>
F -- 2000 yard steady swim, core<br>

It's going to be a greta week, I can just feel it in my bones. Thank you for my present, SS. I'm taking it to heart.<br><br>
Monday - 1800m swim, :40 EZPZ. <b>both done: 4 miles</b><br>
Tuesday - 1:10 incl 5x3-minute hills. <b>7.9 miles, hard work</b><br>
Wednesday - 1800m swim, yoga <b>done.</b><br>
Thursday - Track. <b>7.2 mi round'n'round the ring road</b><br>
Friday - Off<br>
Saturday - 2:00 w/:[email protected] <b>Swapped for 5 EZPZ</b><br>
Sunday - :40EZPZ <b>14<br><br>
Total, what with rounding and all: 3600m swim, 38 mi run, looking forward to a stepback/ski week next week.<br></b>

StepBack week cause I've got a little ding to repair.<br><br>
Mon - 3 recovery (did <b>3 mi</b> with Tory .. felt GR8!)<br>
Tue - 3 recovery ... X-mas it depends (X-trained by opening presents)<br>
Wed - 8 m-LR Easy (did <b>8 mi</b> in 38F rain with Tory.. he was THRILLED!)<br>
Thurs - 3 recovery + X-train (did <b>4 mi</b> with Tory, nice and easy)<br>
Fri - 6 Easy (did <b>6 mi</b> with Tory, nice and easy)<br>
Sat - 5 Recovery Swapped with Sun due to storm.. <b>17.2 mi</b> @9:12 ..too warm! 66F and steamy.. sweated a gallon!)<br>
Sun - 15 m-LR ( did <b>6 mi</b> with Tory @8:38 pace .. no stiffness, soreness, just smooth as silk run!)<br><br>
Total around 43 ish but all easy <b>Actual 44.3 mi</b> easy and everything seems healed!
