<p>All of those that are written above are great. I'm probably the only one on this board who wears a race shirt wide enough and long enough to fit that whole quote, though. :)</p>

<p>HappyFeat, your handle makes me think of a song or album by the group Little Feat, "<em>Feats don't fail me now</em>"</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I like a shirt that my son's cross country team wore a couple of years ago.  On the back it read, "<em>Trample the weak, hurdle the dead</em>".</p>

<p>My plan for the week is going to need to be adjusted a little bit.  I'll be on a treadmill tonight and tomorrow morning so 6.33 with 3.33 at tempo might not happen tomorrow morning.  But I'm going to see what happens.</p>
