<p>Anyone interested in starting this up again?  After vacation and general summertime debauchery, I have gained too much weight!  With marathon training starting, I want to be healthy and lose weight slowly enough that I don't interfere with my running.</p>

<p>My biggest goal this week is no alcohol.  Otherwise, I want to limit bad food and make sure I am eating my 5 fruits or veggies every day. </p>
