<p> i worked yesterday and had a quiet day and today we spent most of the day sailing around manhattan. it was absolutely GORGEOUS out and a perfect day to catch some wind</p>

<p> anyhow, our offer was accepted so our housing inspection is tomorrow. hard to believe this all moving forward. yipppeee!!!!!!</p>
