<p><strong>I'll definitely be out there to cheer for you and I'll be able to assist you guys in any way you might need help. I don't think I'll be able to cut the course and run with you like I did with Jen, Moon and Bob, but maybe I'll be able to move about on my bike and try to get some pics for you and your family. Don't worry about the heat too much. We don't retain heat overnight because of the Pacific breezes, so even on our hottest days it cools down overnight for morning races. <br><span style="display:none;"> </span></strong></p>

<p>I did 8.25 slow recovery miles. The sun was shining and it was 50 degrees! Woot. I was dog tired though. DH had a big childhood cancer fundraiser dinner he was putting on. It was a huge success, but a very late night (think 2:00 am). </p>
