<p>It's 9 degrees with a feels like -7.  And it just started snowing again. <span><img alt="sad3.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad3.gif"></span> I ran 2 miles outside last night in the snow and it was tough.  Pelting stinging snow in my eyes and rotten footing.  There are some folks in the the hood that have apparently given up on snow removaling for the season?  So I figured I'd hit the gym treadmill, however, there's a Wellness Event going on and I'm betting it's going to be a zoo today, so if I go to the gym it'll be after 5:00, it may be okay out this afternoon and I'll get outside.  We'll see. It's only 4 miles.</p>

<p>I'm 100% certain that running in the snow takes a lot more out of you than just running on the pavement. OK I'm inspired!  Between youse guys and the two folks I saw out on the path on my way to the store - I'm likely going to head outside for my wee 4 miler after all.  It's not totally sunny out but it's bright, and that does help.  I just gotta get my running duds dry first, I'm outta pants/tights!  While they're in the dryer, I'm going to make pie and ice cream. <span><img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"></span></p>

<p>I ended up at the gym at 7:00 pm getting my run in. bah.  DS was all kinds of really ugly behavior and I didn't feel right leaving the house. We finally got some peace and I felt okay to go. O well, at least I got to run - and I needed it after today.  oof.  I hope tomorrow is nice and sunny too and I can get out for my wee 3 miler.</p>

<p>And now I'm home and just ate a big ass tray of nachos and am drinking a Guinness and I KNOW this will make me feel like shit but I don't care.</p>

<p>I was awake at 6 freaking a.m. and could NOT get back to sleep.  wah I wanted a sleep in Sunday!</p>

<p>So I got up and made a homemade <strong>Latte ala Moe</strong> and then did P90X Shoulders and Arms.  3 miles on tap for later, if I am able to dress myself.  Jello arms. I may hit the gym again tonight for my run, it was totally dead last night. I'm still really surprised by the lack of resolutioner crowds.</p>
