<p>I am in the same boat as BigG.  I was hoping to do my long run today as the weather forecast appeared better.  We;;, the high is something like 20 degrees, but with the wind chill, the warmest it is supposed to get is around 2 degrees and we are no where near that yet.  Plus, we got a few inches of snow last night.  Gah.  Guess I'll hit the treadmill for 6-10 then do my LR tomorrow.</p>

<p>Yeah, I saw Little Rock was pretty hilly when I was checking out the half.  Hopefully it will be a nice course though.</p>

<p>I did 9 on the treadmill.  Off to make a fun dessert and get ready for the Packer game!</p>
<p>Nice work peeps.  It is really cold here too.  Half way through my long run, my fingers were tingly and cold and very very ouchy.  Almost packed it in and ran home to finish up on the treadmill.  Fortunately it only lasted for about 4 miles so I was able to stay outside.  Logged 18 glorious miles to finish with 53 miles for the week.  Haven't seen mileage like that in months - feels great!  My HR has been nice and low lately too. </p>

<p>Bob - I hope you are not getting sick.  I have a little bit of a head cold and have been frustrated b/c I have felt a bit dehydrated all week despite downing tons of fluids.  Bah.  Hopefully next week will be better.</p>
<p>Luau?  Dancing?  Where?  I'm in.  :D  Hopefully somewhere with 50 degree weather (so jealous Tim!)</p>
