Good morning. I'm human again! Drank lots of Gatorade yesterday (sadly, not in Friday fashion), and the carbs really helped. I might still be able to race tomorrow! I was starting to think I had some 10-mile curse on me or something.<br><br>

What's the final verdict from both of you?<br><br><b>QOW</b> Um, I don't call him IronHubby for nothing! As maniacal as I am about working out, he's 20x worse. We met at the gym and completely understand and support each other's workout habits. He's doing his fourth Ironman this summer and is a certified triathlon coach. He has inspired me to run, has helped me design workouts and training plans, has taught me when and what to eat, has challenged me to tri (haha) things I never thought I'd be able to do (distance running, multisport), and has been my biggest cheerleader. He rocks.
