Not a great week for me... my legs were injured the whole week.<br><br>
Mon 3 mile walk<br>
Tue 4 miles<br>
Wed 4 miles hills and speed work<br>
Fri 6 miles<br>
Sat Rest legs<br>
Sun (normal long run) Shoveled all day and rested legs<br><br>
only14 miles<img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><br><br><br>
(very sickend by this but I am considering it a christmas gift to my legs.)

I did OK to start out, but I really wasn't feeling it towards the end of the week. All runs were easy pace<br><br>
Mon - 5.25 (incl 4 strides)<br>
Tue - 4.50 (incl 4 strides)<br>
Wed - 5<br>
Thu - 4<br>
Fri - 0<br>
Sat - 0<br>
Sun - 10.2, nice and slow longish run<br><br>
Total 28.95<br><br>
Trying to stick around 30 mpw, but that's the holidays for you. <img alt="blush.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/blush.gif">

Mon - off<br>
Tue - 6.1 miles, trails, easy<br>
Wed - 5.0 miles, icy trails, hard, night run<br>
Thur - 10.6 miles, trails, some day/some night<br>
Fri - off<br>
Sat - 23.0 miles, trails, very deep snow, cold/windy<br>
Sun - off (Honey-Do Projects) <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
Total: 45.5 miles<br><br>
Was shooting for 50+ this week, but the long run got cut a little short due to the harsh conditions. Still a decent week after being out sick for a month.<br><br>

Well I finally made it over to this forum; no small feat as this computer stuff is starting to get too complicated for me. However, the clydesdale forum on CR looks pretty dead right now.<br><br>
Last week:<br><br>
Monday -- 3.4 miles<br>
Tues. " "<br>
Wed. 55 min. weights<br>
Thurs. 4 miles<br>
Fri. 3.5 " + weights<br>
Sat. 4 "<br>
Sun. 4 " (indoors)<br><br>

M - 15.5 (LAT workout) + 40 minutes Cross + Weights<br>
T - Easy 8 + 40 minutes cross<br>
W - 18.5 with 15x30 sec @ 5k + 30 minutes cross + weights<br>
TH - 8 easy + 30 minutes cross + Weights<br>
F - 14 (Lat Workout) + 40 minutes cross + Weights<br>
SA - 8 easy miles + weights<br>
SU - 32 miles<br><br>
Total 104 miles - Monday was 22 miles - so back to back long days<br><br>
Playing the inbetween - Ultra training and Marathon training<br><br>
Legs are a little toasty

This was week #5 of returning from injury - I think it is about max mileage for me for awhile - I used to do a lot more, but that was in 2x runs a day. Now I plan to stick to 1 run and 1 cross.<br><br>
What hotel are your friends stating at for Ice Age? I am trying to find one that has a pool for the kiddies.
