Good Hump day to you all!

I've been adding miles everyday. I even ran intervals at the track last night with bleachers included.

We need Millbot the merge-omatic to do his magic for our two threads.

Mill - You asked yesterday if I ever ran without heat and humidity. Rarely. We have 2 names for those few days. They are called either "paradise" or "winter"

10 moh in a beautiful fog this morning. Not me; the weather.

Good morning. Today is my scheduled rest day b/c I do my volunteer EMT duties on Wednesdays. I'm going for my stress test at 1:45 this afternoon. Wish me luck -- it would be good to know why I'm having so much trouble running. We do know that I have 3 floppy valves but they've been fine in the past and haven't caused any problems at all except that I have to take antibiotics prior to any surgical or dental work as a precaution.

God morning kicksters!

Some nice runs already on the board, WTG! Peter - you have 4 days to go, let's taper now!

We have a nice gentle rain/mist falling, temps in the mid 30's - nice! I got 10 miles in, 1:24:30 (8:27 pace overall), plus 30 minutes of core and stretching done for good ol' Team I.

Happy Runs All,
Ilene, there was nothing to see -- your thread was first! Glad your shoulder is getting better. You are doing your PT exercises, right?

Good news, Rinda! Nice runs, Mike & Gordon! You too Peter (but that doesn't seem like much of a taper).
