<p>I have actual fitness to report finally....nothing exciting, just a mostly run/some walking mix yesterday for a half-hour, but boy did I sleep like a log last night. Huh....yeah, I have zero cardio left, so this is really starting from rock bottom again, but it felt fantastic. </p>
