RiL - hope the Excedrine kicks in soon for you. I get migraines more often than I would like - b/c of all my computer work, maybe? So I keep it in my handbag at all times just in case.

Missy! Are you still looking for good brunch recipes? I've got a bunch of ideas for you. I love brunch and a good combination of sweet and savory items is the way to go.

Holiday Brie en Croute - set a Brie wheel on some thawed puff pastry, mix dried cranberries, raspberry jam and toasted sliced or slivered almonds, spread over Brie wheel, wrap with the pastry, brush with egg wash, bake at 400* for 20 minutes or so. Serve with crackers and fruit slices.

Proscuitto wrapped Asparagus - wrap small bunches of asparagus with strips of proscuitto, place on a baking sheet with some olive oil, bake 5 minutes at 450*, roll and then bake another 5.

Eggnog baked french toast - soak slices of french bread in eggnog overnight in 13x9 pan, bake 350* about 1 hour. Serve with fruit and/or syrup.

You could also do an egg bake, or those mini quiches that you find in the freezer section.

PM me if you want specifics, I kind of rushed the recipes a bit.
