speaking of sons:
we jound out last night that Riley PASSED his EMT national exam. Clinicals/scenarios were already done; but this written exam hadn't yet been graded. *whew*
 
So now, if you're ever injured in the wilderness of the mountain west...heh, just hope there's a #1Troll in your area!

Forgot to mention: woke up to NO hot water!!! The circuit breaker thingie had tripped. So I reset it, so there won't be weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth when my spawn awaken.

Zoe was up a lot last night and was up up at 4:30am, it took me 2 hours to get her back to sleep and then she was up again a little past 7. Fun times <img alt="biggrin.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies//biggrin.gif"> It is super foggy outside, kinda neat. Hoping to have the energy for a post work run today.

things that irritate me: people who talk incessantly about their football team...like oklahoma fans that I work with. There, now that I've purged that from filth from my otherwise pleasant morning, I feel so much bettah, and I can restart the morning.
 
legs are still fatigued from last night's run. I just gotta suck it up! And roll with the fatigue knowing that this is part of the becoming a better runner process.
 
I got on the scale today and I've entered into a new decade WOOOOT! (one lower than the one I've been in). I've got a lot of stuff on my plate today which is good because it'll make the day go by quicker.
 
Porty - I have exercise induced asthma, if I go run where troll #1 is, you think maybe he would recitate a sistah after her run??? 
Altoids - where's DS's job at? (did I really just end a sentence with a preposition?)

Novia, he got a job at a popular local restaurant - starting off as dishwasher/etc, but he is interested in a career in the culinary arts, so this should be great experience for him. This is a big deal for him, since he has some emotional/social problems, and I'm just so proud of him for making this happen.

Good morning! It should be a slow/boring day at work. Judges, DAs and PDs all have their conferences this week, so it's a skeleton crew at the courthouse and the office.
 
Novia- I get annoyed at the constant chatter about fantasy football teams. Enough already!
