Morning Kicksters,

Up and at it early this morning. Have an early meeting over town (Seattle) this morning. So, I'm pre-posting instead of post posting. Doing another 30 min @ 13 x 2.

Dan - nice... err... humping

6.3 miles for me this morning. A bit of a slogfest after struggling to get up. Track tonight is 1600s... oh boy. Have to pick an easy pace for those intervals as I'm supposed to be tapering...

REST DAY!!!!!!!!!!! On tap for today is cleaning up the tornado that hit the kitchen and hopefully get started on the dining room. I THINK there's a table in there. Work this afternoon.

As far as the single arm drills in the fishbowl, NO, I do not go in circles. I don't go any more crooked than I do using both arms.

fuller--enjoy the rest

I am feeling better today, but I think I'm gonna hold off on running this morning and just run w/ the group tonight. Really would like to get in 6 miles, but don't know if anyone else will want to go that far. Got tons of crap to do today anyhow including stopping by the running store for some swag.

BBS - I expect that we'll stop over night as DW wants some BBQ... it's just under 1/2 way to Austin.

4boysmom - I'm running the Prairie State Marathon on Oct 8th. It's mostly on a crushed limestone "trail" so hopefully that works out OK... I had original planned on Grand Rapids a week later but figured the extra week of recovery before NYC would be worth it. The goal is to run fast then take it "easy" at NYC. Famous last words.

Trying to get over that hump myself. It's been a long week already.

I got in my double yesterday, 7 in the afternoon at work and then a little 5k jog at home in evening, 10.2 for the day. Tempo is on tap for today, 2 x 15 most likely.

Good luck on the 13x2 sets, Dan.

Enjoy the "rest" day, Kevin & 4BM

RA - Prairie State? I have to look that one up, never heard of it. All this BBQ talk is making me hungry though.

Rest day today but had good run yesterday & Monday both 5 miler's. I think I am stuck on that number. Time to plan a race on the calendar so I can get more motivated to go further. I have 5k I am in on Sat., but that doesn't count.

Hope you all have a good rest of a hump day.
