5 miles for me this morning. Cool morning, felt great. I decided to pick up the pace after the first mile. Finished in 41:14. I felt really good.

4.2 easy miles at lunch. Sunny, breezy, 75 degrees.
5 Miles for me this evening before settling down to watch the football (The soccer variety). Managed a 37:30 easy run, at least it felt easy, again, I must be doing something right!

Yesterday at lunch was 8 miles on the TM with 5x600 at 5k pace.

This morning 11.04 miles 1:37:10.

5.3 for me at lunch. Pace? Lemme see, somewhere faster than the grannies power-walking up the hill.
6 miles at lunch. 65 degrees and no humidty. Left quad very tight. WTF?
6.3 at lunch today in an hour. (That's good for me) Weather nice 79 degrees at 14:15 but it felt fallish.

Glad the site is back up. I missed you guys. Arrojo are you ready for the "Series"?
5.59 miles this afternoon after a really rough day. Everyone was snarky today.
I'm sorry GRR. Hopefully you got rid of some angst on the run.

Yesterday did some ladder intervals with 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1/2, and a 1/4. Felt pretty decent but not as fresh as I was hoping. Today was just a goof-off day with somewheres around 3 ridiculously slow recovery miles.

Invitational tomorrow where I hope to do quite well at...we'll see. I'm feeling pretty beat up at the moment.
A much-needed trail run to shake off the workday. 3.5 miles, felt a bit quicker than I've been recently, which I attribute to the cooler weather. I felt downright frisky!
7.63 humid awful, cruddy sh!tty miles in 1:24:54 for an average pace of 11:07. I have no clue what happened.
Cool out tonight. Amazing! Clear, breezy 58F at 7pm.

6 recovery miles in about 50 minutes. Nothing special.
8.5 easy pace. After a night of poor sleep and very busy day at work, I ran on my favorite path and it was reviving! It had cooled off into the 70s and I felt great.

I also taught pilates today.
Met up with a running club friend and did 8 miles, started in LB and out to SB and back. A cool ocean breeze almost the whole way, with ice water at the pub at the end.
