quick post for me, currently at some Electronics conference. Really fun stuff. I had a nice run this morning though 45 minutes. Beautiful out. Have a great day!

Things are getting back to normal. I'm working from home today so that means I didn't have to get up at 4:30AM to do my BRICK workout. I did have a pretty solid 6 mile run last night, I threw in 6 x 2 minutes (1 min jog), with all of my segments right around 6:35/mile pace.

Today: BRICK - Bike 1:00, FIB Run :45

Have a stupendous day everyone!

Just a 4-mile hill run planned after work for me today, no particular pace.

Brick workout again this morning. 11.4 miles on the trainer followed by a 5 mile recovery run (<70% HRR). A better run than Monday, avg'd 8:06.

3+ mile run from the Y early with 10 30 second fartlcks in the middle plus one trip up high school hill. Followed by pump class Wished I could have followed with some rest but instead 50 minute drive to work.

Yesterday's planned run was an epic fail, so I made up for it today with a wonderful lunchtime run. 2mi, nothing fancy - just trying to find a base...dance later tonight.

Insanity Plyo Cardio Circuit this morning. Masters swim tonight...can't remember what is on the menu.

I had a very rushed morning today so I was only able to sneak into the gym and run 2 miles, with .25 mile walk beforehand and the same afterwards. I'm a little stiff now as I really didn't stretch much at all (about 2 minutes worth). I might need a little vitamin i later on. Running without stretching always leads me straight into a lower backache.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

18.5 mile lunch around seacoast at an easy 17 mph. Legs still pretty tight - but edged over 800 bike miles for the month ...

A beautiful fall day here in Michigan, unlike the gray yacky day yesterday.

7 mile easy run. I got to become better at keeping easy runs easy. And taking a rest day.

I'm headed to the track today for a few 400's.

Why? You'll just end up right back where you started. (at the beginning of the track - it's a joke. get it? ah, nevermind)

5.5mi run 'round the 'hood at lunchtime. It was mighty toasty out there. I definitely was not fully recovered from the 10miler but I got 'er done.

Holy cow it's hot out there! Morning run postponed due to croupy kid, so went out at 3pm for a 7.20m gentle run in 90ish degree temps in 1:10. Slower than normal pace, but I'll take it!

Jen, heard you southern CA guys are having a real hot spell. Hope fall finds you soon.

Me, 35-min recovery run and 20-min walk pushing the stroller. Added the walk to ensure Eli was in a deep sleep when I got home, but he woke up anyway. Oh well.

Ran in circles 26 times. Lollygagged some, redlined some, lollygagged some more. Nailed the workout but did end up running all my intervals on the faster side.
