7.25 miles today. I call it my "bus commute route" because for 95% of it I follow my bus route in. I make a bit of a race of it in the early hours. Shortly after setting out from home the first bus of the day passes me. I try and make it to my turn off point downtown before the next bus does. Just missed it today.<br><br>
The ride in is 41 stops, and I turn aside after the 37th... the bus caught me just before that stop. Next week I'll be faster.

Recovery run 50:43 @ 5 wonderful miles on trails - the smell of Fall is in the air. Ahhhh.

6.1 for me tonight: 3 miles around the "historic district" + the 5K course I'll be racing Saturday and intend to run considerably faster than tonight! My legs are still sore from Monday's track intervals and were more or less dead.<br><br>
I also taught pilates this morning.
