5 mile run this morning. Some mild discomfort with my achilles and a friggin' blister in my arch (ouchie!!). Besides that the run felt decent.

Rhody, I'd take your pace! Wish I could get back to that sooner.

7.25 miles today. I call it my "bus commute route" because for 95% of it I follow my bus route in. I make a bit of a race of it in the early hours. Shortly after setting out from home the first bus of the day passes me. I try and make it to my turn off point downtown before the next bus does. Just missed it today.

The ride in is 41 stops, and I turn aside after the 37th... the bus caught me just before that stop. Next week I'll be faster.

4 miles, with a few loops around the Jake and took in the 5-6th innings of the game! Cooled down with 4x strides.

Arrojo, you're crazy - hill repeats the week after RTB?

Recovery run 50:43 @ 5 wonderful miles on trails - the smell of Fall is in the air. Ahhhh.

9.09 miles tonight using a 5/1 run to walk ratio. It's great to be running outside in the afternoons again instead of the treadmill now that the temps have become reasonable.

Grizzly, that's a cool way to gauge your running and sort of race a bus.

6.1 for me tonight: 3 miles around the "historic district" + the 5K course I'll be racing Saturday and intend to run considerably faster than tonight! My legs are still sore from Monday's track intervals and were more or less dead.

I also taught pilates this morning.
