Howdy, folks! Almost another month gone by. Sheesh.<br><br>
I had a very easy run on the TM last night. Tonight I'll do 6 or 7 miles outside. Probably nice and slow again, since I've been going rather fast lately. Oh, and in my good news, I reached 100 miles for February, which I'm pleased with because the month included a taper and a recovery period. I'll take it.<br><br>

Go for it <b>Scratch</b>! Great job. I was hoping for 100 miles this month easily but then I got sick. I'll end up with around just less than half that.<br><br>
Congrats to <b>Maples</b> for getting out in not so ideal conditions last night and enjoying your run.

First workout of the day complete -- outdoor boot camp this morning. All men once again. Hmmmm.<br><br>
Two more classes (boot camp and step) plus a personal training session tonight. I am exhausted just thinking about my own schedule. <img alt="roll_eyes.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/roll_eyes.gif"> I skipped my tempo run last night. I gave my students a midterm exam that should have taken 45-60 minutes, tops. The last two students turned in their exams after 1:50! I still had to return some things to the mall and hit Trader Joe's, so I skipped my workout since I'm teaching three classes today. (And going to a fitness conference all weekend.... 16 classes in 2.5 days!!! Wheeeeeeeeeee!!!) So it's an off week from running, but I'm getting plenty of workouts in.

Good Morning!<br><br>
Tempo run scheduled for today, as long as the toe that was really hurting yesterday is fine when I start running. I'm just waiting for the rain to move through. I'll probably head out in a couple of hours or so. The rain is associated with a cool front---<img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"> for me. It should be in the 60's for my run, I've only felt that a few times this winter. It's been a hot winter down here.<br><br>
Nice run yesterday, <b>Myron</b>. Your training seems to be going awesome, I think your marathon goal will be a breeze for you!<br><br>

Good morning! I had a good Tempo run last night. Tonight will be around 10 on the TM, at an easy pace. I'll probably play the HR game just to give myself something to do.<br><br>
I'm on track to break 200 miles for February which will be 2 months of 200+ in a row. Pretty good considering last month was the first time I ever broke 200 that I know of.

I just read <b>Theia's</b> post and I need a nap! Outdoor bootcamp sounds awesome. No one around here offers anything like that.<br><br>

I'm heading to the gym after a parent's meeting at DD2's preschool. I wish I could just skip the meeting. It's just volunteer stuff and they know I'll do whatever they need. I just don't feel like sitting through anything today.

Morning,<br><br>
As my dad would say, I'm burning the candle at both ends, and this morning it caught up with me. I couldn't get out of bed to go to the gym, so I slept in. I've already rearranged how I'm going to be able to get all my runs in this week, though one will be in March instead of February, so my monthly total will be 2.5 shorter than I had hoped. I also have to get to bed earlier. This after midnight stuff with a 6:00 wake up call is not going to cut it if I want to be productive <i>and</i> get my runs in.<br><br>
Yesterday I was having pains in my left shin, and I hope they're phantom b/c I do.not want to be injured right now. Extra stretches tomorrow when I do run.<br><br>

I think Theia should change her name to Jillian these days. You go girl!<br><br>
I'm working from home today and my dad is watching Avery so I'm hoping I can get out at lunch today for a quick run with Bella. I'm not bringing my garmin. I don't need the pressure since its been quite a long time of no running. I figure just getting my legs working again will be accomplishment enough today.<br><br>

<b>prae</b> - Sleeping is very important; hope you're able to work out how to get some more hours of shuteye in!<br><br>
I could use some extra sleep myself. Tomorrow, I am going to run in the evening at a running store (I might be joining their team).

morning<br><br>
did 8 last night at the dome. Didn't feel that good and neither do I. Throat hurts even more and my ears are itchy. Boo. I didn't get up to go the gym this morning..I slept in instead.<br><br>
Not sure about tonight.

Morning all! Got my first workout done for today at the pool. That water will really wake you up. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> Anywho, planning on a run after work.<br><br><b>Brandy</b> - you would have LOVED my conditioning class last night, we lifted to an all Prince soundtrack.
