Wednesday Run - Bring it!

<p>There is a fire at Pallet World. That's not good.</p>

<p>Going to take the dogs out and then change into running clothes and do something.</p>

<p>Butt tape, 3 miles alone, 1 with Gus, and then core stuff. I really can't wait for the city to come and suck up the leaves, because for a couple sections I have to run through grass, and the ground is all bobbly. It's pissing off my ankle.</p>

<p>Some of the leaf piles along the river are as tall as I am. </p>
