Wednesday Run - Bring it!

<p>I only took the time for a 20 minute jaunt on the TM yesterday.  But I did some raking and spent some more time in the attic with the insulation.  (Still not halfway done with that.  Man, it's taking forever).  Today I'll go to the park for a tempo run.  Probably something a little over an hour...</p>

<p>I think I'm gonna need to buy the Kinect...</p>

<p>I had a nice tempo run this evening.  I finished with 8.3 miles at an avg 8:12 pace.  I'll take it.  I dunno if I'll run tomorrow.  If I do, it'll be early.  But maybe I'll just stay in bed and sleep in.. </p>
