<p>Been AWOL due to family and work drama.  Going out for six this morning, and will try to do some fishbowl work a bit later.  Shoulders are still sore from my tri pool effort 10 days ago. </p>

<p>Well... that track workout didn't happen.  Before heading out the door I decided to drop some clean laundry in son1's room.  Good thing.  Discovered he had overslept.  That's okay mom, it's only a 25min drive down to campus.  Uh, 25+25=50, so there goes almost an hour for me.  Driving back by the track I discovered the gym class just heading to the track.  NOT doing that again.  Hopefully will get some sort of run in later today.  My right arm/shoulder is pretty painful today after yesterday's fall.  Hip is fine.</p>
<p>Y'all know me too well.  I was fretting about how I was going to sneak in a track workout after school/before dinner.  What would I do if there was a team practicing.  Etc, etc, etc....  Yah know what?  Life is too short.  BEAUTIFUL day, so I just went for a run.  You know, when you lace up the shoes and run because, well, life is good.  Still feeling yesterday, so legs not too fresh, but dog gone it, it felt GOOD to just run.</p>
