Yo - since sciatica is a function of back position (hence the nerve impingement), can you go see a back specialist and/or get PT for it?? I had that when I was pregnant with both kids and was able to get relief doing different exercises. I'm sorry, but I find it hard to believe that there is nothing that the doc can find for your headaches. what about food related issues? I think here are (blood) panels that can be run which will help determine if there are certain foods you should stay away from. Just a thought. or you could try something like Whole30 for a month and see if that helps?? Good luck!

SB - bummer! hope you feel better soon!

Out again on the road today in shorts and a t-shirt for a run. Sunny, about 60, but a bit of wind. Knee was a bit tender so will let PT know tomorrow.

Zoj - I have to sort out details of headache, brain fogginess, difficulty breathing etc. the brain fogginess appears to come and go with clear onset and disappearance. So I may focus on that for now if there are any pattern.

SB - is the breathing you were talking about Feldenkreis or something like that we talked about many years ago? Also is the movement therapy roelfing? I’m so black and white kinda person… this medical woes don’t sit with me well ….

40min on my Pony to drop off a package at the post office during lunch. DD has been selling tons of stuff (mainly clothes, dance stuff) on lone. I work in a packaging/shopping department for her. She still in NYC.
Then 3000yd at local HS. Took me 1:20 due to all kinds of super slow drills sets. But I do feel the difference. Concentrating on high elbow takes a lot of efforts I’m tired like I have ever been after a swim. Great work out for sure!
