<p>x: Good for you for getting the mile in. You're not alone in wanting to sleep in when the conditions are like that. Many folks sleep in and never get it done. You did. Nicely done!</p>

<p>7 mile run trying out a new route as was highlighted in the Holiday Mile Challenge. Ran by MasterOfSomething's house. Legs and body very tired due to leg exercises yesterday. All expected.</p>

<p>2700m in the pool.  First swim in what seems like forever and it showed.  Oh well, gotta start somewhere.</p>

<p>Knee is sore after yesterday's ride.  I'm going to see if I can get in to have a sports doc look at it.  Still riding tomorrow anyways.</p>

<p>Daily run. Decent effort today. Taper with easy runs the next couple days before a HM on Saturday.</p>

<p>Another TM run, 5.25mile in a hotel.  No fan.  Boy, it was steamy hot.  And this guy next to me on eliptical was channel surfing for a good 15minutes.  I was about to tell him, to cut it out, and he stopped.  How annoying.  I don't believe a bit of the speed displayed on this TM - one of those cheapy, very narrow one that you could fall off if you weern't paying attention to.  9:30 pace was z3 hard.  I got to put up with the TM again tomorrow morning before a meeting :( </p>
