Yo - def tell your PT your concern and how you don't want to impede your mobility gains by adding strength too soon. :)

Out for a short run at lunch...no real energy and legs just didn't really want to move. probably because pace was decent! lol

Thank you Zoj. Will ask

Early wakeup is required too often…!
Another 5:30am alarm… had to be at the customer by 7:30am. Tired…
65min on Fattie taking a FedEx package )related to the said visit) to FedEx office. Love “riding” errands.
Another 6am tomorrow. Urg.

Did anybody watch the movie, everything anything everywhere whatever that is called?! Lol. Just picked up a DVD from a friend bought (purchasing a DVD is still a thing!). Looking forward to watching sometime this weekend!

Yo I wanted to see that movie but haven't' worked on that yet, lmk how it is.

earlish wake up today because the generator installer came by to see if his latest fix would work for the brand new generator installed in Sept but never completed. He did not call ahead, it did not work it then snowed hard. Did my 1.5 hour strength training and later 1 hour of yoga. Still more stiff and sore than prior to covid. Working out helps but getting to it is harder since i'm so sore. The big xc/backcountry race that I usually do is this weekend. The continuing lack of actual support and bad conditions helped me decide not to sign up this year. And we have advisories out for it already, the 100 miler starts 7 am Friday we are looking for a foot of snow starting midnight on Thursday! Gonna repack my SAR response bag just in case... I have a -25 sleeping bag due to arrive Friday am. I hope it can arrive (roads not closed) and that I get to test it before actually needing it. I'd love to put up my tent in the storm for a trial run.
