Thor, that's how I feel about hills after riding up Wachusette, sure I'm slow, but I can get up anything.  Also, I may have to take on this challenge next year, god knows I need to really learn how to climb hills! </p>

<p>I'm a mental/physical vegetable lately.   I had a headache ALL day, combined with a few problems at work, i didn't have it in me for my swim.  I will run tomorrow and make Fridays rest day a swim, per coaches orders.. Watching the tour and going to bed early.  Headache seems to have mellowed a little.. I HATE TAPER!</p>
