<p>2500 yard swim today - cut short by tightness and pain in my left elbow.</p>

<p>- 4 x 50 drill/swim</p>
<p>- 100</p>

<p><strong>Main Set: 1200</strong></p>
<p>- 3 x 200 on 3' sendoffs (2:27, 2:26, 2:25)</p>
<p>- 100</p>
<p>- 10 x 50 on 50 (33-35)</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Cooldown: 300</strong></p>
<p>- 3 x 100</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Planning to get on the bike later</p>
