<p>Well we're coming up soon on 2 weeks into this thing.  We've gotten a little respite from the storms here in the Northeast, and it looks like my area is going to miss out on the Nor'easter bearing down on New York City and New England.  Better make hay while the sun shines.</p>

<p>Walked 1.25 miles this morning and did 45 minutes of core and stretching; hope to get out for 5 miles at lunch time.</p>

<p>ETA  5miles run at lunch for 20 points and a 1/2 mile evening walk for 2.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>36 points for Team 1.</p>

<p>Caught a break between rounds of snow, just a misting of rain. A little pokier than usual; having to side-step slush puddles will do that</p>

<p>Got a happy honking at just past D'Kid's school [I'm SURE it was Bingo Bob, on his way back to work after spending lunchtime with the schoolkids, as he will do]</p>

<p>Trotting down the street that runs along the NJ Transit tracks, I heard a blue jay acknowledge me with <em>"Rand! Hey RAND!!!"</em> and crow who cheered me on with <em>"Run!!! Run-Run!!!"</em></p>

<p>Hoping <crossing fingers> that my computer issues will be fixed by tonight.  Until then:</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Mon: 3.25 mi walk + 50 min yoga = 23 pt</p>
<p>Tues: 7.2 mi run + 3.25 mi walk + 10 min core/stretch = 44 pt</p>

<p>hour on spin bike 20 point and 30+ minutes weight traifning 6 points for team 3</p>
