Can't have the west coast folks thinking we are slacking over here.

Pump class at the Y was a killer today. Every part of my body was shacking afterwards. Get tothe rink for hockey and we have a total of 6 skaters. So a lot of ice. While the cardio workout was great the hockey not so much.

Planned slack day for me...at least from S/B/R. More painting and probably carpet removal later. I hate carpet tacks...

Had a 2500yd swim planned this morning, but when I got to the Y, I noticed my tire went flat while I was driving. Hmmm...no wonder it suddenly started pulling to the left. Cut the swim down to 2000 so I'd have extra time to work on the tire. Workout came out to:

250 Warm up - 3:54

1500 Straight - 23:09

250 Cool down - 4:06

So, 2 small punctures repaired and $20 later, my car is Ok.

3 mile run..........had to take a few days off from running as my knee was a little tweaked from the plyrometrics. Am learning I can only do the plyro once a week or the knees don't like it.

Kind of quiet here...

Busy day. It was recovery day so no sweat. Had time only for 1500m swim. And massage. Saw the guy whom I saw a few times 4-5yrs ago and who were specialized in endurance athletes. Wow, what a difference from the guy I see on a regular basis (with not particular experienced with dealing with endurance athletes). It is more $$, but it may worth it, at least once in a while.

I got in an hour on the bike. No mojo and not that my body is feeling better, I am realizing how out of wack I am on the bike. I use my hamstrings far too much.. sigh..
