Good morning.

Still in FL, so still tapping on iPhone. Please excuse mistakes. Weather here has been awesome. 60 degrees on my morning runs, warming to 80. Kind of hot! Wearing shorts. Love it.

Rog: nice double yesterday.

X: seems your leg speed is coming along nicely.

Me...

7.5 mile run early this morning. Honest pace with only time to explore and no reason to hurry back. Body and legs feeling pretty good since Ocala.

One more day

Later!

This day in history:

On January 25, 1905, at the Premier Mine in Pretoria, South Africa, a 3,106-carat diamond is discovered during a routine inspection by the mine's superintendent. Weighing 1.33 pounds, and christened the "Cullinan," it was the largest diamond ever found.

Give the diamonds in your life an extra hug today in honor of the occasion.

For me a 45 minute session on the trainer shortened since I was too lazy to get up when the alarm went off.)

Master: Sorry to hear heat instead of ice needed for the arm.)

so running the microwave this morning at 4:30 to heat the wrap for the arm was not in the cards so i tried just the stretching that PT advised. Might have to go with some type of rub on heat as arm was still an issue. Good news is that I can still run but I want to skate also.

Master - I must have missed your post - what happned to your arm?

Daily 7 (sounds like a lottery). Still cold but less wind. Chose a wrong route - the dirt road was a muddy mess. Feeling the effects of the volume increase (= legs feel heavy), but HR low at a decent pace. I am doing this long enough... I think this is what is expected during a marathon training. Life goes on.

50 minutes on the trainer. DH has also been in Florida this week for work and has been enjoying lovely weather on Marco Island. He is on his way home so he gets the cold hockey rink tomorrow for DS practice tomorrow night.

Dog walk and an 8 mile zn 2 run in the morning that was pretty uninspired. I blame the extra radiation from the solar flares.
