<p>Good morning all!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The first morning I have been able to get to a computer early.  5 mile run this morning with the last 3 at a 6:35 pace.  My pace is beginning to come around again. </p>

<p>Masters swim this am 2600m.  MS was 6 x 300 on 6min.  Got taped some more, worked on my pull after seeing video.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Later hill repeats, about 80 minutes of running, probably inside as its super icy out.</p>

<p>Cheryl - I'm working in Prudhoe Bay, on the North Slope of Alaska.</p>

<p>1:30 on the exercise bike today.  Held it steady at 170 watts, bike said I went 32.4 mi, I got nowhere.  Finished up with 1 min planks, front, right, left and back and 25 crunches straight, 25 crunches legs to right, 25 crunches legs to left, 25 crunches straight.</p>

<p>5.25m pushin' the little otters. I had a bit of a defeated moment when I realized I haven't been able to get up one particular hill with the stroller in quite some time. I tried my hardest today, but just couldn't do it. Oh well...still ended up with a 10 minute pace for the run, which is better than my usual 10:20-10:30 with them!</p>

<p>Sunny but cold here in OR. Got 6 miles with fartleks done this morning...fartleks not as fast as usual because of the ice dotting the sidewalks.</p>

<p>early day to work (by 7am with a 60min commute) so no early run.</p>
<p>After work Masters - tough... 700 w/up, 300 kick, 400 IM, 200 IM, 100 IM, then 4x500 (swim, pull, swim, pull) and then c/d and block start practice</p>

<p>7 Miles on the treadmill. if they did a good job plowing the roads, I could have run outside, but it was nasty out..</p>
