Well, still felt good today. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
started with 15 min on the mill, still very slow<br>
then 15 min on the bike, good workout here.<br>
then 15 min on the elliptical, good workout here too.<br><br>
So far so good. Both my chiro and pod tell me I should be stretching several times a day, but I havent for the past 4 days now and so pain. But when I do stretch, it hurts. Oh well, Im gonna do what doesnt make it hurt! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br>

I have been stretching my right adductor every day now for several months and it appears to be helping remove the pain and soreness that I had. So I am a believer in stretching if you have a muscle or tendon problem.<br><br>
7 miles today at an easy pace. 1:15 or so total time. HR was much lower today for some reason. Maybe that threshold run on Tuesday is the reason.
