<p>I didn't run this morning, foot is still bothering me and I wanted to make sure it wasn't something bone/tendon/ligament since I've ramped up mileage.</p>

<p>I had my last PT appointment today, foot is part of the back problem. Oh joy. This is really frustrating, my poor, poor, right leg. I'm going to give things a couple of more weeks using an inversion table (hopefully my neighbor will lend me his and save us some $$). If I don't improve, I'm going to need to try some medical stuff. This kind of sucks but I really think it'll be better soon.</p>

<p>Fun news is that we are going to see <a href="http://www.kravis.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=performances.detail&performance_id=1350&" target="_blank">Cane</a> tonight!!!!</p>
