12.2 (+?) miles in to work today. Snow and ice. -12c / 10f.

I'm feeling particularly slow, and maybe it's just being laden by all the winter wear. Tomorrow is a 5 miler at recovery pace... which is what I'm running every other run it seems. I'm thinking of heading indoors to the dreadmill and trying a general aerobic or slightly faster paced run.

Have goon ones.

Dude. I didn't notice that the -12 was Celsius, and was about to become very downhearted that I felt that 0 (-15 with windchill) was too cold for outside running.

And then I saw that you meant 10 F! O the rejoicing! That's not bad at all.

I have an appointment with my treadmill after work tonight, but this weekend I'll be outside again. Huzzah!

I have had a real crappy couple of days. I went swimming for 45 minutes before physio the other day and I'm still paying for it. Yesterday was the worse. Thank God for little pills.

Today isn't too bad, but I had to cancel physio...I was too zonked to get out of bed this morning. I had planned on hitting the pool again. maybe 45 minutes is too ambitious at the moment.

Renfrew pool? Do they have the deep water running belts? Have you tried them?

45 min on the mill. Thats the most I have done in a very long time. Took a couple of very short walk breaks and it was still very slow, but hey, gotta start somewhere!

Gosh, I had forgotten how good it felt!
