Hmmm, Foist today.

Well, it wasn't pokey, at least not the first part. 10.1 slippery, slidey miles in 1:27:30. Even with the Yaktrax last night's dusting of snow made the ice impossible.

So I ran in the streets. Not much traffic at that hour anyway and I was all reflective.

Then I ran 4+ at a really slow recovery pace with a colleague downtown. Call it 14.2 total.

Amazing when a mid-week run is approaching the length of a long run. Have good ones all!

Grizz, I just had that thought last night (on a smaller scale). I ran an hour, and remembered how that used to be my long run. Good feeling to see that kind of progress.

Just an easy 5k run today. Then a bit of machine work on the adductors, upper body and abs. I am off to town again today for a meeting tonight, so will try to run around Smithers for a few minutes this aft.

Right glute is still sore. Starting to wonder if maybe these Mizunos are worn out.

Ran in shorts tonight. Wore a long sleeve shirt, but rolled the sleeves up. I also had a hat and gloves on.
Run Segments
I had a fun evening - 1 mi walk/jog with my doggy and then 2 mi easy jog around the hilly cemetery behind my house. I love running there because it is so peaceful.

30 minutes playing Kinetic on PS2...it's video game that uses an eye toy (basically a web cam) to put your image on the TV and you have to move around to punch balls on the screen or bat away objects flying at you, etc. I don't do the game justice trying to describe it - but it's one of the most fun ways I've found to get in a nice cardio workout.

10K at easy pace today.

Also attempted to teach yoga to a very ADHD-mood group.
