[Yo Sake]

Too many meetings!!! My first meeting started at 6am, then almost 2hrs drive to our mfg plant, more than a few hours of training, then drove home. Last night I had 9:30pm meeting too. Which company was it that totally banned meetings??

2mile walk (after 6am meeting), saw some stuff my lunch time walk doesn't show... Then 6miles after work. Tired.

Can't wait for Friday~~~

OOf Yo - that is a LOT! No wonder you are tired!

out on the roads at lunch for a short 2.4 mile run - all I had time for before going with DD to see the ankle doc. We have an appointment with the surgeon in a couple of weeks...DD really wants to get this fixed so she can move forward.
