Have a nice something Dan.

Planning on doing a heart rate test this afternoon. Haven't done one since mid October, but I'm not expecting a lot since October and November were pretty weak months. All I know for sure is that I'll get 8 solid miles in.

Morning Dan. Hope your workout goes well

I've been lazy here lately. Did get out for 5 miles in just over 40mins yesterday. Gonna try for another easier 5 today. Hunting now, then gonna go to the Dr with DW later. Enjoying my time off of work.

I might get something done today. My son has a music performance at his school for christmas, so I am heading to that. I may get to the chiropractor with my wife if they can fit me in with her appointment. Have a nice morning everyone.

Woke and managed to fight the urge to sleep more, so I put in my first shakeout run in ages. 19mins real slow with my pup. Right shin hurting a lot, slightly diminished by the end. Lots of massage while movieing it up again today.

Mornin, er noon, all...

Fly-by for now. It's the last day before the office closes for Xmas weekend and I've got a lot to do, especially since I'll be gone all next week.

Not sure what workout is on tap but either way it won't happen until this evening -- either an easy recovery run or cross-training, TBD.

Hi everyone.

Dan, when my cat died, I keep thinking I could feel her jump on the foot of the bed or hear her welcoming voice when I opened the front door. It's tough.

Today I did my first tempo run in months and months. It felt really quite good. I hope this bodes well for a good spring season.

Jebba - I know. I see him in every spot that were his favorites and am sure that he's going to be at the front door when I come home. I'll be ready for all the good memories at some point but right now it's all grieving.

Dan - I am really really sorry for your loss. As you know I am a dog person and went thru that with previous pups. It's hard :(

Well, I have been a wheenie and running the TM. I gave up the gym membership while hubby finished school and have been using the senior center TM. I serve on the center's board and can use their workout room when the place closes. Today I did 3m. It is so windy & cold that I just cant bring myself to hit the outdoors early in the morning. I did use the trails this past weekend and get an outside run for a sunny 7m.

Well, tomorrow I am off and heading out to the stores for some final last minute stuff.
