I did 3 x 1 Mile on the treadmill this morning averaging around 6:41. These last 4 weeks, I ramped up to 37 miles last week, with one speed workout per week and a couple of 5k's. Done with my third round of physical therapy and hamstring has done okay since I started running again, but issues with driving and sitting haven't gone away so based on a referral from my sports medicine doctore I saw a physiatrist this morning. Mostly just rehashing and looking at my strength/flexibility, then scheduling a follow-up for after the new year where I need to get more of a plan.
