<p>Holiday Streakers: Sparty On! To all of you. Kicking some ass. And let's pile on that Christmas Lights Run! It's fun. But if you run in the morning, see the Challenge thread for some ideas.</p>

<p>4 mile run over hilly route early this wet morning. Ran by all the kids waiting for the school bus. Passed Andyman as he was driving to work and saw the Diesel's husband on his way to his work. Kind of social without being social. Or maybe I should say, it was a solo run with good company. :)</p>

<p>Had planned on getting up and riding to an episode of Burn Notice (about 45 minutes) but insomnia got to me again last night plus other stress from trying to sell my condo and needless to say I needed sleep more than a ride so I slept.  Not sure waht the rest of the day will bring but at least I made it into the office on about 4 hours sleep.</p>

<p>Feel better MoCo and anyone else suffering from whatever is going around.</p>

<p>400 warm up,</p>
<p>400 drill,</p>
<p>400 kick set,</p>
<p>600 TT in 8:57</p>
<p>200 cool down.</p>

<p>1 mile run this afternoon.</p>

<p>unplanned rest, due to work overwhelming me. DW needed help too, we're hosting the company party at the house due to $ reasons so lots of cleaning and such.</p>

<p>cak - I will have to 'borrow' you masters workout.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>1hr spin class - felt good to sweat A LOT, though my groin bothered me a bit.  Took easy on running, just 2miles. </p>

<p>Got in a 3-mile treadmill run this morning, then p90x chest/back and ab ripper tonight. Tomorrow may be a 1-miler day on account of a crazy schedule...but that's ok!</p>

<p>and then... then I got on the bike for 10 minutes to get SOMETHING in, Sparty style (I wasn't in my pjs, but it was close)</p>
