A very tiring day for some reasons.
2-mile walk as usual during lunch. I had a full intention of going for a run after work, I was so tired that I had to take a nap in the PM, only to be woken up to go taking a COVID test (which took longer than expected)…. Then decided to go for a dinner. Anyway, 30min strength/stretching. That was it.
