<p>Basic daily run then off to work. I was thinking of how Thor must feel after 3 hard days and 3 more days to go.</p>

Equipment: Saucony Kinvara 2<br><br>
Warm/upper 60s - Sunny and light wind. Crawford/Puckett/Security/Kiva/Fontaine/Grinnell/Crawford/Upton/home. Short easy effort run. Stretching afterward.</p>

<p>4 mile in in 53 w/ drills. lots of strange looks.</p>
<p>kind of a sucky run actually</p>
<p>oh well, tommorow is another day!</p>

<p>OWS later in the evening, ferrying 2 newbies to certain doom in Lake Michigan. Nah, I didn't let 'em drown. We did a mile in 40-60min, I have no idea. If I don't have a watch, it doesn't  bother me.</p>

<p>I was messing around getting the computrainer setup and then had some stuff to do, so I got like 20 min in.. should be fun :) </p>
